"I tried the reformer Pilates this morning and can feel how much my muscles were worked already. I really do believe this would tone, strengthen and change your body shape if it became a regular part of your routine. I was made to feel so welcome and the atmosphere is lovely and very relaxed. The instructor is very helpful in making sure your techniques and breathing are correct so that you get the most out of your workout. Ive never tried anything like this before but would highly recommend it."
