We couldn’t be happier to announce that Nicolle is fully qualified in Pre & Post Natal Pilates and can’t wait to run classes from 17th May (please Boris?).  Training alongside the prestigious TEN Academy team in London, Nicolle qualified with a 96% pass rate.  As a Mum herself,   she has become just a little obsessed with the benefits of Pre Natal Reformer Pilates during pregnancy and beyond.

Prenatal (and early stages of postnatal) exercises within our classes focus on breathwork, core stability, maintaining strength as well as offering Mummies-to-be a little time to switch off, relax their mind and escape from the stresses and strains of everyday life in a calming yet invigorating boutique studio environment.


What is Pre Natal Reformer Pilates?

Our classes are created to help you cope with the changes you’re body is undergoing and prepare it for the stresses to come in later stages of your pregnancy and eventually birth in the case of prenatal.



PreNatal classes are structured around the changing requirements of a developing pregnancy to provide an effective workout from the first trimester through to 38 weeks (doctor permitting).

By training (or retraining) the muscles to activate functionally, you may be able to cope more easily with the rigours of labour and childbirth, and the demands of the upcoming postnatal months. The classes can help boost  immune systems and circulations, and increase energy levels needed to enjoy pregnancy more and prepare better for labour.


In the case of postnatal, the structured way we design classes will help to strengthen muscles that have been put under strain during pregnancy and help clients regain their strength, physique and confidence. Multiple studies  have shown that Mothers who partake in regular, structured, safe exercising of the major muscles involved in pregnancy can expect to experience shorter labours and reduced lower back and pelvic pain.
