BOOKINGS
All bookings should be made by email (book@reformmepilatesformby.co.uk); social media Direct Message (@reformmepilatesformby) or by telephone (07585 863372).
CLASSES & PRIVATES
/When you arrive at the studio you will be greeted by one of the team. We will ask you to sanitise your hands on entering and we will check and record your temperature. It is now compulsory that you wear a mask until you are inside the studio at your Reformer Bed.
/ Please remove your shoes and you will then be guided to your Reformer bed. Please limit the belongings that you bring with you to absolute essentials.
/ Anti bacterial wipes are provided under each bed and we ask you to sanitise your bed and any props before and after use. Our team will also be santizing equipment and all studio space, hotspots etc in between sessions.
/ We’re really lucky that we have external doors to the front and rear of the Studio so we can have good airflow throughout all sessions.
/ There is over 1.5 meters distance between all our beds for ample social distancing
/ Foam head blocks are available at reception for you to purchase if you wish to have your own block. Alternatively you can use our blocks and santize.
/ We have easy clean handles for the ropes but if you would like to wear gloves that is absolutely fine. If you would prefer to purchase personal handles to bring with you and attach on each visit, we are able to order them for you at a cost of £29*please note this is not required, we are not adding anything on to the cost of these and you would need specific handles to work with our beds
/ We require all guests to wear grip socks for safety and hygiene purposes. We sell Tavi Noir socks at the studio if you wish to purchase them or alternatively there is plenty of choice on Amazon.
/ Cash or card payments are accepted.
/ Strict 48 hour cancellation policy. We hope you understand that we are a small, family run business and after being closed for 4 months, it is now more important than ever that we reduce last minute cancellations. We really appreciate your support in this matter.

SUNDAY OPENING
We open weekends and we offer an exclusive and private studio space for beginners on a Sunday. There are classes and private sessions for those who would like to visit the studio when there is less hustle and bustle. You can view our opening hours here.
